Sherwood Oaks is now accepting pre-applications for affordable one- and two-bedroom apartments in Fairfax, California.

Pre-applications will be accepted until February 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., with online submission preferred through the MidPen Housing website. Applications may also be submitted by mail or in person at 200 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, CA 94930.

Apartments will be assigned through a lottery system, and income restrictions and preferences apply.
