The City of Santa Rosa would like your input on how it plans to distribute federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds it will receive for Fiscal Year 2025\/2026. Each year the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides funding for housing and community development programs. To receive these funds, the City must complete a report called the Annual Action Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A tentative public hearing\/meeting will be held at the City Council meeting on April 15, 2025 as part of the 2025\/2026 Annual Action Plan process. A public hearing notice will be posted prior to the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beginning on March 14, 2025, the Draft 2025\/2026 Annual Action Plan will be available for public comment. The Plan will be available electronically on the City\u2019s website at https:\/\/srcity.org\/767\/State-Federal-Reports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Electronic review copies may be requested by emailing kstewart@srcity.org. A hard copy will be available at the Department of Housing and Community Services located in the City Hall Annex at 90 Santa Rosa Avenue; the City Manager\u2019s Office located in City Hall, 100 Santa Rosa Avenue, Room 10; and the Main Branch of the Sonoma County Public Library located at 4th and E Streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The public comment period runs from March 14, 2025, through April 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se publicar\u00e1 un aviso de audiencia p\u00fablica antes de la reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A partir del 14 de marzo de 2025, el Borrador del Plan estar\u00e1 disponible para comentarios p\u00fablicos.
