The Consolidated Plan assists the County of Sonoma in assessing affordable housing, non-housing community development, and public service needs to ensure that federal funds are used to support projects that address the highest priority needs of the community. The Consolidated Plan is implemented through Annual Action Plans, one for each of the five years, which identifies how funds will be used each program year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notice Availability for Review, 30-Day Public Comment Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A draft of the Sonoma County 2026-2027 One Year Action Plan has been prepared and is available for review and public comment from May 18, 2026, through June 17, 2026. All projects included in the FY 2026-2027 Action Plan are federal CDBG, HOME, and ESG funding that address one or more of the priority needs identified in the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and will benefit predominantly low- and moderate-income households.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A draft of the 2026-2027 Action Plan is available upon request.
