These funds are available for affordable rental and or ownership housing located in&nbsp; Sonoma County outside of the city limits of Santa Rosa and Petaluma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These funds are available to eligible nonprofit organizations and governmental jurisdictions to&nbsp; support housing developments that benefit lower-income households. All prospective&nbsp; applicants are required to attend a mandatory technical assistance workshop prior to&nbsp; submitting the funding application. These funds are not available as direct assistance to&nbsp; individuals or households. Funding applications are due on October 30, 2025 by 5:00 P.M.&nbsp; More detailed information is available in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), including&nbsp; important dates and eligible uses, posted on the Sonoma County Community Development&nbsp; Commission website at https:\/\/sonomacounty.ca.gov\/development-services\/community development-commission\/cdc-news .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AVISO P\u00daBLICO<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Comunitario del Condado de Sonoma (Comisi\u00f3n) aceptar\u00e1\u00a0 solicitudes de financiamiento de solicitantes elegibles para Asignaci\u00f3n Permanente de\u00a0 Vivienda Local conocido como \u201cPLHA\u201d. Los fondos de \u201cPLHA\u201d est\u00e1n disponibles para el\u00a0 desarrollo de viviendas para hogares de bajos ingresos sean viviendas de renta o para propietarios.
